Assistant Producer: Maggie Perez

Margarita "Maggie" Perez was born in Los Angeles, California but has lived in the San Fernando Valley her entire life. Growing up she became fascinated in the process of filmmaking and knew that it was going to be a part of her future. Her passion for film production led her to take stage production classes in Van Nuys High School. She also attended Valley College where she became more involved in all aspects of filmmaking as she was taking various courses in film production. When she transferred to Cal State University Northridge, were she attends now, she was accepted into the Cinema and Television Arts Major. Today, Maggie is active in editing for various student projects, enjoys working in various independent films and participating in festivals like the 48 hour L.A film festival. Though, a creative editor, she has recently developed an interest in producing and would like to pursue as much of that aspect of filmmaking as possible; another position she will succeed in.
